Waterdrop G3P600 Reverse Osmosis System

I’ve owned a few reverse osmosis systems over the years, and this one is hands down the best of the bunch.

Right out of the box, the design impressed me. It looks sleek and modern under the sink—no bulky, awkward setup like some of the older units I’ve had. But what really won me over was the installation. It was genuinely plug-and-play. With my previous two RO systems, installation felt like a weekend project filled with frustration, YouTube tutorials, and second-guessing every connection. This one was straightforward and stress-free. That alone was a huge upgrade.

And the water? Crisp, clean, and honestly delicious. You can taste the difference immediately. One feature I absolutely love is the built-in TDS display on both the faucet and the system itself. It gives you real-time readings and clearly indicates when it’s time to replace the filters. No more guessing. No more wondering if the filters are past their prime. You just drink with confidence.

Recently, I ran into a minor issue with the TDS reading. I reached out to customer support, not expecting much beyond standard troubleshooting. To my surprise, I was contacted within 24 hours by Harper from Waterdrop’s support team. She stayed on top of the issue and worked with me until it was completely resolved. In the end, even though my unit was technically out of warranty, they sent me a brand-new RO system. On top of that, she included two extra filters. That level of service is rare.

It’s clear this company stands behind its products. They were generous, responsive, and true to their word. I couldn’t be happier with both the system and the support. If you’re in the market for a reliable, easy-to-install RO system that delivers excellent water quality—and a company that actually backs what it sells—I strongly recommend this one.
